The Early Years Alliance (EYA) team is a specialist team for children under five years old that are accessing three or more specialist health services which may include Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language Therapy or are waiting to be seen by the Lambeth Neurodisability Team. The EYA team is made up of a home support service and an under five’s Autism Outreach Service. The EYA team also support specialist stay and play sessions at some children’s centres. These groups can be found on the Young Lambeth Website.
The EYA team have close links with health services in Lambeth and work closely with Lambeth Special Educational Needs Service, Children’s Centres and give support and advice about the special educational needs process. We have good links with voluntary sector groups in Lambeth and work with agencies and families to ensure children are supported in their transitions from early years to school.
