St Luke's Church Of England Primary School

Details

Executive Headteacher: Nicky Zeronian-Dalley Christchurch Streatham and St Luke's Federation St Luke's Church of England Primary School is a Co-educational Voluntary Aided School. Recognising its historic foundation, the school will preserve and develop its religious character in accordance with the principles of the Church of England and in partnership with the Church at parish and diocesan level. The Governors are responsible for all that goes on in our school with the help of the Local Education Authority and the Southwark Diocesan Board of Education. Members of the Church Council are members our governing body. We aim to appoint staff who fully support the Christian ethos of the school. The school aims to serve its community by providing an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian faith and practice. It encourages an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith, and promotes Christain values through the experience it offers links with St. Luke's Church. The staff of the church take an assembly regularly each week and hold special services at St. Luke's Church. St. Luke's has played a vital part in the education of children in West Norwood since 1825. We hope your interest and involvement in the school will be a happy and rewarding one.
